The property has a large primary suite with full bathroom, a small bedroom with a closet would make a nice office and two nice size bedrooms. The property WAS ORIGINALLY A MOBILE HOME and has been added to and roofed with a shingle roof with attic space over the entire property including an oversized two car carport. the rooms original to the mobile home have ceiling heights below 7ft. We have reached out to a few lenders about financing. The are no tags from the original mobile home and one lender said that they would need that to finance as a mobile home. Another lender said that a structural inspection would be necessary to finance as a home. We are still waiting for replies from other appraisers and lenders.
