It is a salt water pool, which is cleaner as no bacteria or mold will grow therefore healthier, it is gentler, better for your skin. In the pool area, the wall along the length of the pool area was re-done with natural stone. A new fire pit and seating area around the fire pit were built with the same stone design as the long wall and a natural gas line installed to fuel the fire in the pit. Patio cover, a barbecue island and gazebo covering next to the pool area. New elegant wall lights were installed along the side of the pool which at night makes the experience even more enjoyable when both the pool lights and the wall lighting are both turned on, like for a party. Finished installing white vinyl fencing all around the perimeter of the property. New quality grass (sod) was used to cover the entire area and a system of sprinklers set up front and back. All the improvements were made focused on creating a more modern look for the interior of the house while enhancing the outdoors feeling of living almost like in a resort.
