THIS is the best part of the area to live in.in my opinion. Paved roads, large treed lots, incredible views, walking trails through extensive green space and the escarpment trail with stunning views of the Sneffels range and the Cimarrons. Plus a private Golf Club just a couple miles away. This is the premium subdivision in the area. The home has seen extensive improvements. The main floor stairs have been updated, the Kitchen is new in 2021. Old carpeted floors were replaced by solid Maple floors and tile work. Newer tile in the master bath. The home is very open, great for a couple. The windows and views are spectacular. The kitchen is a cook's dream. Premium stainless appliances from Kitchen Aid, Bosch, and LG. Beautiful granite counters and a large island with lots of cabinets. Custom steel work throughout. Custom steel railings and staircase. Steel framed granite topped shelves for cookbooks etc. Very open like the rest of the home and very well-lit with many LED lights. Very difficult to find such a nice little home with these views in this price range. 2 acre lot has great privacy. This is private mountain living with great access to services and recreation. 30 minutes to Montrose, 30 minutes to Ouray. About an hour to hit the slopes in Telluride. There are stairs in this home. It is three levels with ground being the tuck under garage. Stairs walk easy, are wide and have custom steel handrails. So one flight to the main level kitchen living, guest bed and second bath. Another flight to the master and office/bedroom. We consider it great exercise, keeps us young! Come and have a look!
