Each has private driveway septic, well, oil barrels behind the homes HOMES ARE BEING SOLD AS IS, These two homes were used first by separate families, and in the last 16 years as youth hostels, serving young people traveling and finding a convenient early bed and breakfast (they had to fix their own food) 2020 the two homes were leased to a couple who leased beds for a night, and were quite busy until 2022 when the tenants who were renting both homes had to fly back to their families in the lower 48, they pretty much packed up their personal belongings and left. Both homes have beds completely made up, kitchen and bathrooms have their towels and other bathrooom necesitties still there. A good many buyers seem to think it is rotting and falling down. That is not the case, there are some minor electrical issues, and the toyo stoves have been removed.
