The cabin has an open trellis beneath the living area for fishing gear, gardening tools and storage. There is a completely enclosed cement one car garage. The water, which is provided by Masonic Park, runs from May 15 to October 15. Masonic Park owns the land the cabins sit on, so you do not own the land. To purchase a cabin in Masonic Park, you must be a Mason or Eastern Star. The current Seller went through the process of becoming an Eastern Star, which she says is not a hard process.
