Looking for an affordable hunting farm? Located between Hamilton and Breckenridge in southern Daviess county is this 32 acres of primo Whitetail habitat. Historically this parcel has only been hunted a handful of times each year with its primary purpose serving as non pressured bedding, focused around a centrally located food plot. Access trails along the perimeter and throughout the farm have been established. Lick creek passes through along the south western edge pinching traveling bucks into the farm and creating a great pocket of sanctuary. While taking pictures we bumped several deer that were bedded in different areas. Deer sign was very prolific with rubs and scrapes along every edge. Rural water and electricity are available if a cabin build or camper spot is a must. Do not hesitate to call with any questions or to schedule a private tour.
