Entering the condo, left side bedroom is a king, right side bedroom has two queens, a bathroom is accessible of of the hallway . The laundry room has a newer washer/dryer. The kitchen has updated cream colored cabinets with granite counters, the counter has seating for 8, the table has seating for 8 as well. Appliances are stainless, including the new microwave. The living room has a full wall view of the gulf. The furniture was replaced in 2022 and includes a sectional sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are in the LR and all bedrooms. Cable service, and high-speed internet are provided. The balcony has 4 chairs, a table and a chaise. It has an exterior closet for beach toy storage. The primary bedroom can access the balcony separately, this room is especially spacious. You have a large walk-in closet, separate sink/dressing area and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo and commode. This condo has spectacular rentals average.
