Just a few houses down, you lose the clarity that makes this spot so special. Weve spent thousands of hours here: watching breathtaking sunsets, leaping off the dock with reckless joy in every season, and teaching our kids how to swim in the very waters weve come to love. This place has given us quiet mornings watching the sun rise, afternoons filled with laughter, and evenings of family traditiongathered around the fire pit as the sun dips below the horizon. Theres a certain magic here, one we never took for granted. Weve rushed out of the house countless times, filled with excitement to see dolphins chasing fish right under the dock, each moment as thrilling as the first. And though we never imagined selling this home, weve come to feel that God has a new purpose for usand for this home. We believe theres a family meant to step into the beauty and blessing this property offers, creating their own unforgettable memories just as we have. Properties on this stretch of emerald-clear water are almost never available, and theres a reason why. This rare location lies within the coveted emerald tide line, where the incoming tides transform the water into a Caribbean-like paradise. The dock was newly built with Titan X decking, designed to withstand storms without lifting off the pilings. To ensure lasting durability, concrete-reinforced sleeves were added to all structural loads, preventing any risk of rot. The new 20,000-pound boat lift is capable of accommodating virtually any size vessel you may need. During the summer, the water depth at the dock ranges from 3.5 to 5 feet, while in the winter, it varies between 2 and 3.5 feet, depending on your location along the dock. The landscaping holds a special place in our hearts, offering daily encounters with natures wonders. A family of box turtles greets us almost every morning, eagerly checking for bananas or fruit weve left behind. Pelicans, cranes, and other graceful birds regularly glide by, creating a sense of serenity that feels worlds apart from the everyday. At night, the lighting brings the property to life, highlighting the palm trees with seasonal themes that make every moment feel magical. We even planted fruit treeslimes, oranges, plums, bananas, avocados, and even pineapplesall of which thrive in this lush environment. Writing this has been unexpectedly emotional. Its not just a home were saying goodbye to, but a chapter in our lives that has been filled with love, laughter, and Gods blessings.
