Property currently has month to month lease limited to a 180-acre subdivision. Leasee oversees all activities on the ranch and maintains all the fencing. Located close to I-180 and 60 hwy. The ranch has for decades been an ecological preserve and there are many species throughout the ranch. The local species are quail, tree squirrels, ducks, wild turkeys, rabbits, deer, coyotes and occasionally a bear and mountain lions. The terrain is varied and allows for a spacious habitat for many of these species to make their home there. Migratory geese, doves, wild birds, hawks, eagles transit at various times of the year. The vegetation is mostly grass land for cattle and horses with oak trees throughout. Part of the ranch is registered under the Williamson Act as a environmental preserve and the taxes are very low.
