The "living space" is open to the hangar with sofa, recliner, electric fireplace and a queen-sized Murphy bed for sleeping which can be left deployed or closed if desired. Ample armoire space with drawers in the Murphy bed unit. An additional full-size refrigerator/freezer, chest freezer, drink cooler, portable dishwasher, laundry sink, heavy duty rack storage shelving and wooden work bench unit are included. Outside features a paved asphalt driveway, hangar apron, and RV pad. RV hook-ups for water, electricity, and septic are present. Manual standby power transfer switch is installed for emergency generator use to power the hangar and appliances. A permanent 12'x20' shed can be used for cold storage or as an additional work area. Water is provided by a private well. Water quality is good. A water conditioning unit and an air compressor are located on the mezzanine above the kitchenette and laundry. Air fittings are plumbed to multiple fittings within the hangar. Reeled electrical extension cords are provided on both sides of the hangar - as are water faucets. Exterior water can be shut off and the lines cleared for winterization."
