Backyard has been covered with concrete with drain, a pathway installed, going from backyard to the front. The new owner of the house can extend the ADU up to 1200 square feet, The current ADU size is 369 square feet. Current homeowner made 5000 dollars in the month of December 2022 doing Airbnb, excellent place for short term renters and long term renters as well. You don't need to fix anything in the house, the house has been fixed in every aspect. Nice comfortable house in center of everything close to schools hospital, train station, bus station.
