The Cadet heaters were all replaced about 5 years ago. Sump pump is used when water seeps in due to an underground stream that sometimes comes into the yard in the spring. This has happened about 6 times in 31 years. The kitchen/dining area/living room combination has vaulted ceiling. The kitchen area has a center island with storage and a Jenn-Air downdraft range. The hobby room was set up for doing leatherwork and has a cupboard along with shelves and drawers. If a buyer would want a larger bedroom with a bath, the insulated garage could be made into larger living quarters. There was a toilet located near the hobby room in the east end of the home. I had it removed and put in shelves for more storage. The connection to the septic system is still there so a bathroom could be built there.
