What does Blue Ridge mean to you? It can mean so many things to different people. For us, when we were searching for a second home, being close to everything Blue Ridge has to offer was key. This spot is perfectly located halfway between historic downtown and Lake Blue Ridge Marina, just around the corner from the Aska Adventure Area, and a quick trip to my all-time favorite grocery store, Blue Ridge Ingles. We wanted to feel tucked away while still having easy access to everything we love — the best of both worlds. It's more than just a cabin; it's our very own treehouse! We've spent countless days birdwatching from the front porch, napping on the daybed, or lounging in a hammock with a good book. On the more adventurous side, we love firing up the four-wheelers and tearing through our private trails on 3 acres of pure privacy. The trails are perfect for hiking, nature walks by the spring-fed creek, or just enjoying the outdoors in any way you like. Being so close to the marina means we've discovered a whole new love for boating. We're only a couple of miles from the public boat ramp on Dry Branch Rd, which makes getting out on the water so easy! But let's talk about the cabin itself. With three bedrooms, three full baths, plus a cozy bunk nook, this place comfortably sleeps 10 people! We've hosted weekend get-togethers with friends and family, even setting up tents around the new, stacked stone firepit. Main floor features two master suites, while downstairs has another bedroom with a full bath, plus the bonus bunk nook. We've made this place our own, and you'll love the huge rec room for games or movie nights, along with the bubbling hot tub. With a paved road all the way to your driveway and plenty of parking, it's all set for fun-filled weekends or full-time living. If you're looking to make this your own or thinking about a an investment as a short-term rental, this place checks all the boxes. Give your realtor a call today! Your Blue Ridge adventure awaits!
