As for the river, grab your kayak or canoe and head out back a few yards to enjoy a long float. Maybe throw in a line for dinner. You’ll probably even catch a view of some of the local wildlife! Another fabulous feature is that the property is adjacent to state land to the west land federal land to the south. If you look at the aerial view you'll see that this land continues across the river so it guarantees you a lot of the privacy you'd hope for.
