Experiences abound with many possibilities which can be: view wildlife from your tree stand, set up game camera’s, set up a small pistol/gun range (not advised as it drives game away), limited primitive camping, ride your horse, your ATV or your motor/electric off-road bikes on the parcel or in the general area on the dedicated roads. Property corners on the east side of the road have an easement of about 30 feet providing easements into the subdivision. Likewise on the west side of the road there is a 30 feet easement making the road easement about 60 feet in width.
