The majority of the property is cleared except for a nice buffer of trees all the way around the outside perimeter. The property is level and would have several nice homesites. The large pond is filling up and should be full soon. There are some old structures on the property that are not structurally sound, but they have some materials that could possible be reused. There was a mobile home that has been removed, and it had a septic system that could possibly be used for a camper while you build your dream home. There are two city water taps, and there are also three wells from the old homesites. This is a perfect homestead!
