The attic has two overhead lights and has a 42 sq/ft deck for added storage space. New aluminum soffit and aluminum soffit vents in 2024. Home exterior was painted in 2024 and the shed exteriors were painted in 2023. The property has two large aluminum (no rust) sheds with solid floors. 16x8 ft and 7x5 ft. The roof was replaced in 2018. Sewer pipes and clean outs were inspected and work as they should. The home is on city water and also has a new well pump and irrigation system installed in 2024.
