So the new owner just needs to apply the final touches. Keep a boat on the dock or kayaks will do because the canal in the back of the house is just the distance of around 3-4 blocks from opening up majestically into beautiful Tampa Bay. To me, it's invigorating every time I reach the bay. Guests from out of town's reactions to that is very rewarding. Bay Crest Park is conveniently located only 8 minutes from Tampa International Airport, but it's off to the side of the airport, so you won't notice that it's there. 10-15 minutes from downtown Tampa and 25 minutes to some of the best beaches in the US. Home Depot, Publix, Ross, Aldi, more shopping and restaurants are only 3-4 blocks away. Target, Walmart, theaters, and great restaurants are just minutes away. I purchased my home in Bay Crest in 2001 and currently live in it now. I raised my kids here and love this neighborhood. It's very tranquil and safe. The neighbors are great. There are beautiful trees all over, neighbors keep up with their landscaping and help the neighborhood stay looking nice without having to pay HOA fees and without association bullies
