When you see the turn off for Groundhog Reservoir go right. from the turnoff it's about 3 miles to the gated driveway on the left side. Go through the gate and stay to left for about 1/2 mile. When you get to the real estate sign that is the start of the property and the first building site. Park here and walk or 4x4 wheel the rest of the property. The road will dead end at the 2nd building site.
