The lease terminates 31 July 2024, at which time the cattle, farm equipment and any cut hay will be removed, or, the buyer may elect to continue a lease arrangement if desired. The property has perimeter and cross-fencing which will remain as is, although most is in serviceable condition. The property was surveyed last year and a copy is attached to the documentation.
