Drive a total of 4.4 miles on Camino Cerro Chato, but here are some notes: at 1.1 miles stay right at the fork; at 3.9 miles stay left on Camino Cerro Chato; at the corner of Camino Cerro Chato and Via Sol Estrella, clock 2/10 mile, and the northwest corner of the land is on the left, marked with a t-post fence and a line of lath. At 4.4 miles you are at the end of Camino Cerro Chato. There will be three gates in front of you. Turn left into the short driveway that has a green gate and an address of 460. There is a lockbox on the chain securing the gate. Call listing broker for code. Lockbox has a key for the master lock on the gate. This road leads all the way up to the top of the first 40 acre parcel. There is no graded road on the second 40 acres.
